Proposing permanent architectural solutions that mitigate their lifecycle impact on environmental resources that protect and enhance the wellbeing of the communities that we serve. Global warming is a fact, then, it is imperative that our designs advocate for resilient architectural solutions that minimize both operational and embody the greenhouse emissions, and which push the boundaries of their cultural, economic and political context. Consequently, our latest designs are adhering to the NYC efforts in reducing 80% of carbon emissions, compliant not only with the year 2030; but also, 2050 mandatory carbon reduction.
